Offer & Quotation
Receive a clear quotation detailing specifications, unit pricing, MOQs, lead time estimates, Incoterms, and warranty terms.

Sample Confirmation
We prepare samples according to your specs (CCT, beam angle, finish, packaging) and confirm readiness for dispatch.

Sample Approval
You test and approve the samples for performance, finish, and compliance. Any adjustments are finalized here.

Bulk Order & Order Placement
We confirm the purchase order, sku list, volumes, packaging details, and logistic terms to start the project formally.

Parallel Processes
Two tracks run in parallel to keep timelines tight and production on schedule.
Deposit Payment
Buyer remits initial deposit as per the agreed payment terms (e.g., T/T). This secures materials and production slots.
Package Confirmation
We lock packaging specs: gift box, labels, barcodes, master carton, and palletization details.

Start of Production
Components are procured, production is scheduled, and inline QC checkpoints are set.

Production · 30–35 Days
Typical manufacturing lead time for confirmed orders (varies with model complexity and volume). Inline inspections ensure consistency.

Freight Space Reservation
We coordinate with your forwarder (or ours) to reserve vessel/airfreight space aligned to production completion.

Dispatch of the Products
Final QC, packing, and handover to the freight agent. We share packing lists and pre-shipment photos upon request.

Balance Payment
Remaining balance is settled as per agreed terms (e.g., against BL copy or prior to document release).

Release of Shipping Documents & Delivery
We release originals (or telex) and share tracking. Your cargo is delivered per Incoterms, completing the order.
