Delivery

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated individually for each order and specified in the official proforma invoice or quotation. The delivery cost depends on the agreed Incoterms 2020 conditions, destination country, shipping method (air, sea, or courier), and total order volume/weight.

The Buyer is responsible for all applicable customs duties, import taxes, and fees in the country of destination, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Delivery Process

Delivery is arranged by the Seller in cooperation with international freight forwarders and courier services (such as DHL, FedEx, UPS, or specialized cargo carriers).

Products are packaged securely in compliance with international shipping standards to ensure protection during long-distance transport.

Upon receiving the goods, the Buyer (or their appointed agent) must inspect the shipment for visible damage and report any issues immediately to the carrier. Signing the delivery note or bill of lading confirms receipt of the goods.

If the Seller is unable to deliver within the agreed lead time, the Buyer will be informed to negotiate a new delivery schedule. In such cases, the Buyer has the right to cancel the order before dispatch.

All shipments are insured against loss or damage during transport, according to the Incoterms conditions stated in the proforma invoice.

Order Status

During the order fulfillment and shipping process, the Buyer will receive email updates and tracking information, depending on the chosen shipping method.
