Payment Methods
Payments on the Spiral Lighting B2B platform are made in USD or EUR.
All prices are wholesale prices, expressed in USD or EUR, and do not include VAT, customs duties, or import taxes. VAT is applied only for domestic deliveries within the People’s Republic of China. For international deliveries, invoices are issued ex VAT.
The Seller reserves the right to adjust prices prior to issuing the proforma invoice. The binding price is always the one confirmed in the official proforma invoice sent to the Buyer.
Quotations may be subject to daily or project-based adjustments, depending on raw material costs, shipping rates, and other market factors.

You can pay for the ordered products in the following way:

After placing an order, you will receive a proforma invoice with all the details required for payment, including the Seller’s bank account information. Full payment must be made by wire transfer before production or shipment of the goods. Partial payments, credit cards, or other methods of payment are not accepted.
Once the funds are received, the order is confirmed and processed in line with the agreed lead time and delivery terms (Incoterms 2020).
