Orders & Payments

Spiral Lighting operates exclusively on a B2B basis. All payments must be made by Bank Wire according to the issued proforma invoice, prior to shipment. Orders are binding once confirmed in writing by both parties.

Contracts and purchase orders between Spiral Lighting and business clients may only be terminated or amended by mutual written agreement. Consumer protection laws regarding unilateral contract termination do not apply, as Spiral Lighting operates strictly in B2B transactions.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms of Use and all contracts concluded via this Website shall be governed by the applicable laws of the People’s Republic of China, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
