CONNECT HELPCENTER · SELLER GUIDE

Your store.
The first steps toward online sales.

Welcome to Connect Marketplace. Here you will get to know the platform, prepare the information for your store, and receive a clear sequence of steps to get started.

Are you just considering joining, or do you already have access to the administration area? Start with the overview below and continue with the instructions for the phase you are currently in.

Where to start

GET TO KNOW THE PLATFORM

What is Connect Marketplace?

Connect Marketplace is a platform that connects online retail, sales management, and marketing activities. It allows you to present your products to customers, track orders, and grow sales within a connected sales system.

01

Your store

The public space where customers get to know your brand, browse your range, and make purchases. Clear information, quality photos, and understandable purchase terms are important.

02

Your administration area

The workspace for editing information, managing the catalog, and processing orders. The available options depend on your permissions and activated services.

03

Connected sales

Your offer can be connected to relevant marketplace channels and marketing activities. The availability of channels, integrations, and services depends on the agreed cooperation model.

What do you prepare, and where does Connect help?

You know your business

  • You prepare accurate information about your company, products, and contacts.
  • You determine prices, availability, and actual delivery times.
  • You organize order processing, fulfillment of obligations, and communication with customers.
  • You check the content and settings before starting sales.

Connect guides you through the system

  • Introduces you to the platform and the agreed way of working.
  • Helps with technical setup within the scope of the contracted services.
  • Provides instructions and support for using activated features.
  • Coordinates further development and marketing activities in line with the agreed cooperation.

Before getting started, check what your package includes, which tasks you perform independently, and what the Connect team takes over. Your contractual terms and confirmed service settings are authoritative.

FROM PREPARATION TO THE FIRST ORDER

Follow this sequence

  1. Get to know the cooperation model

Clarify the objectives, selected package, responsible persons, and scope of services. If you have not yet started the cooperation, first agree on the next steps with the Connect team.

    Subscription packages and contracts →
  2. Prepare information and access

Collect business and contact information and determine who will manage the store. After access is granted, check the user login and permissions.

    User accounts and access →
  3. Set up your store and offer

Prepare your logo, brand presentation, categories, photos, and product descriptions. Check prices, item codes, and availability.

Store settings and appearance →Products and catalog →
  4. Align payment and delivery

Determine the available payment methods, delivery areas and prices, and delivery times. Check that customers have access to the necessary information about purchasing and returns.

Payments and finance →Delivery and logistics →
  5. Check the purchase process before launch

Go through the customer journey from the product to order completion, on both computer and mobile. Agree with the Connect team on how to test payment, delivery, and notifications, and resolve any issues found.

Coordinate the test purchase in advance, as the order may trigger an actual charge, notifications, or delivery preparation.

  6. Start selling and monitor the first results

Confirm the store's readiness and the start of operations with the Connect team. Regularly monitor new orders, update availability, and check customer questions.

Orders and customers →Reports and analytics →

What should you prepare before the initial setup?

  • Company information and contact details for the people responsible for the store and orders.
  • A logo, a brief brand description, and existing presentation materials.
  • A product list with descriptions, photos, prices, and available quantities.
  • Delivery rules, delivery areas, and planned payment methods.
  • Information and documents required for your business model and product range.

You do not have to know everything in advance. Mark what you already have, what is missing, and what you need help with so you can agree on a realistic preparation plan with the Connect team.

YOUR LEARNING PATH

Getting started guides

Choose the first step or return to the topic you currently need.

01

How do I start the cooperation?

From the initial inquiry to the agreement and store preparation.

02

What should I prepare for my store?

To launch an online store, you need clear business information, an organized product range, and an agreed delivery method. This list will help you collect materials and identify what still needs to be prepared before entering it into Connect Marketplace.

03

First login and getting to know the administration area

Connect Marketplace administration is the workspace for managing products and orders. When logging in for the first time, check your access, familiarize yourself with the main sections, and determine which options are available to your user account.

04

Store preparation plan

The online store preparation plan connects materials, settings, and checks into a feasible sequence. Its purpose is for both your team and Connect to know what needs to be done, who is responsible, and when the task is truly complete.

05

Pre-launch checklist

Before launching an online store, checking the homepage appearance is not enough. Go through the product range, cart, payment, delivery, and order processing to identify errors before actual sales begin.

06

How do I place a test order?

A test order helps verify that the product range, cart, payment, delivery, and administration are connected in the correct flow. The goal is to check both what the customer sees and what your team must do after the purchase.

07

The first seven days of sales

Use the first seven days of online sales to check daily operations: whether orders reach the right people, whether the information is accurate, and whether customers can easily find answers. The first goal is a reliable process, followed by improving it.

08

How do I get help?

Connect HelpCenter is used to get to know the platform and find instructions. When you need a specific case checked, send support a clear description and the information that helps explain what happened.

WHEN YOU NEED HELP

Stuck at the first step?

Send the name of your store, a brief description of your question, and the step where you got stuck. If you send a screenshot, cover passwords, API keys, and customers' personal data.
